Our first personal trainer spotlight is on Maddi Haley!
Maddi Haley utilizes a holistic and functional approach to health and fitness. Her philosophy is based on healing the body naturally with a clean diet and regular exercise. She works closely with post-rehab clientele and focuses on functional training to build a strong foundation for injury prevention and pain management. She believes that client success happens through consistency of following an individualized program and is excited to provide each client with the information and motivation to make their health goals a priority.
Maddi also has a background in bodybuilding and has competed in an NPC bodybuilding show taking 1st place in the figure True Novice division. She is also a certified NASM personal trainer. She enjoys implementing some of these training methods with clientele to push them beyond their limits mentally and physically.
She looks forward to helping you achieve your goals by an informative and functional approach to fitness.
