Dear Fondren Fitness members,
In an effort to stay ahead of any potential problems regarding the Coronavirus, it is very important that staff and members are proactive in cleaning and avoiding any potential contamination in our facility. Please use the following guidelines to assist us in this effort:
- Avoid coming to the gym if you are feeling sick (fever, chills, etc.) or are coughing and sneezing. Please avoid coming back for at least 24 hours after these symptoms subside
- Use the provided sanitation stations to sanitize your hands, and frequently wash your hands with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds
- Use the provided disinfectant and paper towels to wipe down equipment before and after each use
- If you do have to cough or sneeze, please cover your mouth and nose using either your shirt, a cloth towel or your elbow crease
- If there are any areas where cleaning equipment is absent, please alert a staff member immediately so that we can replenish
- If at all possible, bring your own yoga mat or gloves for group fitness classes. If you do use the ones we provide, wipe them down thoroughly with disinfectant and paper towels before and after each use
